Independent Consultants
J&M is also interested in reviewing resumes of individuals with specialized experience interested in working on projects on an as needed basis. These individuals will be mobilized through subcontracts and teaming agreements as needed. J&M is seeking:
- Supplementary staff and surge personnel with specialized skill sets in disaster/incident management and recovery who would be available for deployment for extended periods of time with little notice.
- Subject matter experts, utilized on a project-to-project basis, with proven expertise in J&M business area.

- Recovery Specialist (DA-Recovery-2010-05): The Recovery Specialist is an intermittent, contract, on-call (travel and field work required) position requiring specialized skills to support governmental and private sector organizations in disaster recovery operations.
