Michelle McQueeney is a principal owner and President of J&M Global Solutions, LLC. Ms. McQueeney held several positions within the Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). She served as Chief of Staff for FEMA’s Gulf Coast Recovery organization and as a senior advisor to the Principal Federal Official following Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Ms. McQueeney also served in several other FEMA divisions, including the Mitigation, Preparedness, and the National Incident Management System (NIMS) Integration Center. Following the creation of the Department of Homeland Security, Ms. McQueeney served on the Secretary’s Integration Staff to facilitate the integration of all DHS components into the new Department.
Gil Jamieson is a principal owner and the Chief Operating Officer of J&M Global Solutions, LLC. Mr. Jamieson is a retired member of the Senior Executive Service. He served as the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Deputy Administrator for Gulf Coast Recovery and the Principal Federal Official in the Gulf Coast States from 2006 to 2008. Other significant assignments included: Director of the National Incident Management System (NIMS) Integration Center, Deputy Director of FEMA’s Preparedness Division, and Acting Director of the National Emergency Training Center.
Supplementary staff, surge personnel, and staff with specialized skill sets are available and will be mobilized through subcontracts and teaming agreements as needed.
