While the federal government has a variety of programs to fund and support the re-building process, state and local governments must be able to quickly mobilize and concert planning efforts to secure federal funding and re-gain investor confidence. J&M has developed a preliminary checklist to assist states as they begin to organize their recovery efforts after a disaster.
